ENTERPRISE SALES EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our company is looking for a professional Sales executives who is responsible for selling the company’s products or services to potential customers.  As the primary point of contact for clients, the sales executive is to represent the brand of K2 and ensure that the company gets business from various clients. The sales executive should be confident and able to sale products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing or potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory or market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports
  • Provide Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Represent the company at activations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, leisure & hospitality, Secretariat, Office administration or any other related course.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
